Prices

The prices are higher than last year, but that is just the nature of the area we are going. The Luberon is a year round tourist destination, so no big ski hotels that we can get a deal with. On the other hand, we are staying at a self-contained fortress with one of the highest rated restaurants in the area so it should be superb for the for the foodies among us.

Just like the 2012-2015 EMM, we will only be taking a per participant deposit as opposed to taking the full amount in advance. The deposit will be €50. per person which guarantees the hotel plus a €5.00 admin charge to take care of all the banking charges, set-up costs and other things that creep in. So the total cost to register per person will be €55.00.

The €50 deposit will be applied to your room and you will settle the balance of your hotel bill directly with the hotel on your departure. If you can’t make it and have paid a deposit, give us notice 30 days before the event and we will refund €50.00 back to your credit card.

Pricing details:

  • Room Prices- Half Board

    • Single Half Board €102.00 per night (€306. for the 3 days per person)

    • Double Half Board €82.00 per night per person (€246. for the 3 days per person)
  • Deposit and Administration fee
    • The deposit will be €50. per person which guarantees the hotel. This €50 deposit will be applied you your room and you will settle the balance of your hotel bill directly with the hotel on your departure
    • A €5.00 administration fee will be taken at registration, this fee is non-refundable
    • Refund policy:
      • Until 09/5/2016- 100% - €5.00 Admin fee per person
      • After 09/05/2016- No refund
  • Other
    • All Payments will be taken in Euros by credit or debit card
    • Credit card transactions will be processed by Instant Access Int. Limited
    • If you are registering for a double or a double room- please let us know who you will be sharing with in the notes field in the registration
    • If you are scheduled to arrive on the Thursday June 9th and do not show, your room will be cancelled for the rest of the event
    • If you want a 3 or 4 person room- email us and we can set this up.

Refund Policy

The refund policy is the same as last year, allowing for full hotel deposit refund if you notify us at least 30 days before the start of the event.
