The Venue
We will establish base for the EMM2020 in Forte de São Francisco in Chaves, just south of the Spanish boarder. Our locals have negotiated a smoking deal on the hotel for B&B, but given we are on top of a real town, we will also be talking in a couple of the local restaurants which will expose us to best the area has to offer. The hotel is a fantastic place, the old walled fort on top of the hill. It has a fabulous courtyard in which we can park our Multistradas and other lesser machines in style!
We stayed here on the way up to the 2019 EMM and vowed to return with an EMM. It’s so nice, I fear some of you may require additional motivation in the morning to actually get on your bikes and ride!
