Prices
Just like the 2012 EMM, we will only be taking a per participant deposit as opposed to taking the full amount in advance. The deposit will be €50. per person which guarantees the hotel plus a €4.00 admin charge to take care of all the banking charges and other things the creep in. In additon, there is a €5.00 event fee to cover the cost of setup. So the total cost to register per person will be €59.00.
The €50 deposit will be applied you your room and you will settle the balance of your hotel bill directly with the hotel on your departure. If you can’t make it and have paid a deposit, give us notice 30 days before the event and we will refund €55.00 back to your credit card.

- Single Half Board €55. per night
- Double Half Board €32.50 per night per person
- Deposit and Administration fee

- All Payments will be taken in Euros by credit or debit card or by bank transfer

- If you are registering for a double or a double room- please let us know who you will be sharing with in the notes field in the registration
- If you are scheduled to arrive on the Thursday June 6thh and do not show, your room will be cancelled for the rest of the event
Bottom line
The prices for the 2013 EMM are substantially lower than year's event. The refund policy is the same as last year, allowing for full hotel deposit refund if you notify us at least 30 days before the start of the event.
